FROM OUR PAST ATTENDEES

I have known DealStreetAsia for 15 years and I think the firm has done really well, really gathering the right insights and the right target audience in one place so that we can have a very good, clear, honest and transparent exchange.
Granite Asia

So this is a great event. This is my second year attending, super packed room, standing room only, lots of great speakers. I really enjoyed my panel earlier, where we talked about the opportunities in what appears to be a challenging backdrop for Asia, but lots of insights from the panelists, lots of questions from the audience as well. I’m looking forward to the many other panels that are dotted across the day, today and tomorrow.
Pantheon Ventures

Well, first off, I’d like to thank the DealStreetAsia for inviting me to the event as always, very wonderful event and engaged audience, and always good to come to these sessions. And I think this time its particularly interesting. In past events, we’ve seen participation, but seems like there’s a real sort of engagement building up, which is always good to see. Look, I’ve enjoyed being part of the panel here. Always interesting when you learn from the other panelists as much as you contribute. And you know that’s why I like coming to these things, and certainly didn’t disappoint me this time as well. So I look forward to more such interactions, and thank you everyone again for having me here.
Warburg Pincus

All right. Well, it was great to participate to the conference today. Great show. Lots of the attendance is amazing. Had a very good panel discussion with private credit. We went through all the attractiveness of private credit in Asia at the moment, and why? Really, global investors cannot miss the investment opportunities that private credit has to offer in Asia as a very differentiated product from what they might have seen for years now in US and Europe. So I would really encourage people to attend this conference going forward, to meet a lot of LPs GPs and mingle with the investment community that is very, very active in this part of the world. Thank you.
Keppel Credit

I’ve been attending Dealstreet Asia’s events for a few years now. In Singapore, have been on a few panels. I always enjoyed that the other panelists are always very well informed. I get to meet quite a few friends in the private equity world that are very active, few LPs from around the world. So it’s a very efficient spot to just come and meet other market participants. This year’s event was surprisingly large, maybe the largest ever. We had a packed audience during our panel in the morning. So always a pleasure.
Partners Group

It’s been a great day. Today, I was on the first panel, and the entire room is just full of people that are so enthusiastic about what they’re going to learn about investment , the market. And, under the current uncertain environment, how people and how different capital market will be doing. And so this is actually very exciting for me. And I think the overall arrangement of the event is also very smooth and very, you know, flawless, and everything is kind of very, very well defined and well organized and okay. Overall, I think that for myself and my platform a lot of reward and result coming out of it. Yeah. The other thing I realized that the DealStreetAsia platform is actually providing a lot of useful and insightful market information, and oftentimes very timely. For instance, today’s event, after the session, I realized that the news already coming out from the LinkedIn web page less than an hour after all this event happening. So I think that the team is really doing a great job. Yeah. Thank you.
Ewpartners

Very excited to see so many people attending this year’s conference. And I really love that we have so many parallel tracks and addressing a lot of the topics that are very pertinent and the top of everybody’s minds today, particularly around ESG, and investing in gender topics. Very happy to be here. Thank you very much for inviting me DealStreetAsia, and I’m looking forward to being back again next year.
Sarona Asset Management

I think this year has been a turnout year. It looks like there’s a lot of networking going on outside the sessions whilst there are plenty of people inside the sessions. I think this year you guys have done a really good job in the four tracks you’ve had.
World Bank

I think that turnout is fantastic. It’s a great networking event, which is one of the reasons I wanted to come here. Spent a lot of my time networking. I’ve gone for a couple of the select sessions, which have been super interesting.
Bain Capital

This is bigger than last year and extremely well attended. And the speaker lineup is probably one of the best. The panel that we were on was great. There were extremely good questions. I think that’s probably one of the things that I liked the most. Great discussion and good to be here and look forward to being here next year.
