Pratip has been investing in the alternate assets space in India for over 2 decades with prior stints across private equity and venture capital at SBI Capital Markets, Babcock & Brown, IDFC Alternatives and GIP. Post his stint at GIP India, Pratip joined Jatin and Venkat at the launch of Inflexor Ventures in 2019.

Pratip is engineering graduate from SPCE, Mumbai, holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Mumbai and Post Graduate Diploma in Securities Law from Government Law College (GLC).
