Yogesh Singh is a Partner in the Corporate practice at Trilegal, where he advises on M&A, private equity, corporate finance and complex cross-border transactions. He has represented global corporations, private capital funds and institutional investors on investments, acquisitions, restructurings and other strategic transactions in India. His experience spans financial services, technology, fintech, energy and infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate and other sectors. He has advised investors including PSP Investments, Värde Partners, Brookfield Asset Management, Prosus Ventures and Goldman Sachs on a range of debt and equity transactions, restructurings and investments in India.


Yogesh also has extensive experience advising international companies on their India entry strategies, investment structures and regulatory matters. Over the past several years, he has been closely involved in distressed-asset transactions and restructurings, alongside work across technology, fintech and infrastructure. His experience on complex transactions has also seen him participate in policy advocacy discussions with government and conduct training programmes for senior judges and corporate executives. He has been recognised by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 Asia Pacific, IFLR1000 and other leading legal directories for his work across corporate/M&A and private capital. Yogesh is a member of the Supreme Court of India and a solicitor in England and Wales.
