His experience spans financial services, technology, fintech, energy and infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate and other sectors. He has advised investors including PSP Investments, Värde Partners, Brookfield Asset Management, Prosus Ventures and Goldman Sachs on a range of debt and equity transactions, restructurings and investments in India.

Yogesh also has extensive experience advising international companies on their India entry strategies, investment structures and regulatory matters. Over the past several years, he has been closely involved in distressed-asset transactions and restructurings, alongside work across technology, fintech and infrastructure. His experience on complex transactions has also seen him participate in policy advocacy discussions with government and conduct training programmes for senior judges and corporate executives.
