Turki Al-Dayel is the Founder & CEO of Growth Catalyst Investment Company, a CMA-regulated Saudi private equity firm focused on growth equity investments in founder-led, mid-market businesses across the Kingdom. He previously served as CEO of Ninety One Saudi Arabia and Co-Head of Middle East, and has over 18 years of experience across private equity, investment banking, and institutional investing.

Prior to founding Growth Catalyst, Turki held senior investment roles at Ra’idah Investment Company and JPMorgan, and has served on numerous investment committees and corporate boards. He currently serves on the boards of Tamara, Cenomi Centers, Dayim Equipment Rental, and ANB Capital’s real estate fund, among others.

Turki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
