Terence Quek is Deputy Head of the M&A practice at Rajah & Tann Singapore, with over 25 years of experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and commercial transactions across Asia.

He has led transactions spanning technology, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, and consumer sectors, representing both investors and founders in deals from early-stage funding, to growth capital, and successful exits.

Recognised by Chambers Asia-Pacific, The Legal 500, and IFLR1000 for his commercial insight and client-focused approach, Terence is noted for driving the firm’s growth in Singapore’s startup and venture ecosystem. He also has a niche specialisation in aviation transactions.

Terence was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2002 and to the Roll of Solicitors of England & Wales in 2008. He has served as a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, and has been recognised among Singapore Business Review’s “40 Most Influential Lawyers Under 40.”
