Mr. Kuwaki has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry. He has extensive experience in
both public equities, engaging in equity research, as well as in private equity, engaging in investor
relations and fundraising activities at Japan-focused small-to-mid cap buyout funds. Prior to joining
the Sunrise team in January 2016, Mr. Kuwaki has previously worked as an investor
relations/fundraising professional at a domestic buyout fund sponsor, Advantage Partners, as well
as a product manager at Macquarie Securities and Mizuho Securities. Additionally he has
experience in the field of insurance at AIG. Mr. Kuwaki holds a B.A. in Economics degree from Keio
University.
