Randolph Hsu is the Co-Founder of Ondine Capital, a venture capital firm that invests in China and SE Asia. Ondine has backed startups in SE Asia such as Carsome, Love Bonito, Sayurbox, Dekoruma, Snapask, Ematic, Haulio, Dropee, Crewdible, Whiz, Swap, iMotorbike and MetaCRM.
Ondine Capital was reportedly targeting a corpus of $100 million for a new US-dollar fund to focus on Southeast Asia. The firm is looking to back SE Asian startups operating in areas such as e-commerce and online marketplaces, logistics and business services, consumer brands and fintech. Hsu is an investment veteran who previously worked at CICC Capital, Kuan Capital, and GGV Capital.
