Rahul is a Managing Director in the Energy Infrastructure team and the Head of Energy business for Southeast Asia based in the Singapore office. He brings a total of 20 years of experience spanning across infrastructure and energy private equity, project finance, investment banking and advisory.

He joined Actis in 2012 and has been involved in several of Actis’ energy infrastructure investments in Asia, across the entire lifecycle from deal origination to exit. Since 2016, he has led the origination and execution activities for the Southeast Asia energy sector for Actis.

Rahul holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, post-graduate degree in management and operations from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and an MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore.
