Oki Ramadhana has built a longstanding career in investment banking and capital markets before taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer of INA. Prior to his appointment, he was President Director of Mandiri Sekuritas after leading HSBC Sekuritas and Morgan Stanley in Indonesia.
Oki’s professional background spans a number of financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs in Singapore, where he managed private financing and investment banking activities in Indonesia. His earlier roles at Merrill Lynch and Rothschild Indonesia further strengthened his expertise in M&A, private financing and derivative transactions.
Oki completed his undergraduate studies in International Relations at the University of Indonesia and later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Colorado at Denver. He subsequently earned a Doctorate in Strategic Management from the University of Indonesia.
