Nainesh Jaisingh is a Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Affirma Capital, and is based in Singapore.
Prior to leading the MBO of Standard Chartered Private Equity (SCPE) to form Affirma Capital, Nainesh was a founding member of the business within Standard Chartered Bank in 2002, and most recently the Global Head of the Principal Finance business of the Bank.
Over two decades as a Private Equity investor in the Emerging Markets, Nainesh has a long track record of successful investments and exits, partnering with entrepreneurs and management teams to build leading businesses. During this period, Nainesh has been instrumental in building PE franchises in India, South East Asia and the Middle East, with high calibre teams.
Nainesh is an Engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), BHU, and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore.
