Mingchen Xia

Mingchen is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Asia Investments based in the Hong Kong office. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2014, Mingchen was a Senior Fund Manager at Tokio Marine Asset Management in Japan, where he was responsible for private equity fund investment globally. Previously, he worked at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities and Mizuho Securities. Mingchen received an M.B.A. from Hitotsubashi University and a bachelors from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
