Milena Nikolova is Partner at Antares Ventures, a specialist deep tech fund backing science-led innovation across energy transition, future of compute, and industrial transformation. Investing globally and helping scale transformative solutions across Asia, Antares focuses on the next wave of industrial and technological change. 

Milena is an advocate for climate-aligned investing and co-chairs the Climate Solutions Committee at the Singapore Venture Capital Association. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Clean Air Fund (UK). 

She brings more than 25 years of experience across investment banking, wealth management, and venture capital.
