Marsela Limesa started as an angel investor of Somethinc. She then joined the business, grew and managed the team from 75 in the end of 2020 to almost 900 today, led the beauty brand to be no 1 in ecommerce and modern trade channels with profitable growth. She is also part of Board of Directors of Somethinc, whose vision is to be the most trusted and loved beauty company in SEA. Prior to that, she was part of the investment team at Sequoia Capital and was involved in seed to series B companies in SEA, such as Kopi Kenangan, Lemonilo, BukuKas, Hangry, Co-learn, among others. She has done stints at Grab, Cargill, Goldman Sachs.
