Mandy Wong, a partner in Latham and Watkins’ Hong Kong office, advises clients on equity and debt capital markets, with a focus on Hong Kong IPOs and follow-on offerings. She also advises on a broad spectrum of general commercial and corporate finance transactions including mergers, acquisitions, public takeovers and listing rules compliance matters. In 2019, Mandy Wong was seconded to the Listing Department of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange where she was involved in several listing initiatives. She rejoined the firm in August 2020.
