Ms. Bian is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of HOPU Investments.

At HOPU, Ms. Bian leads both all internal operations and HOPU’s overall Operating Value-Add initiative. She has deep experience in both fund and corporate operations. She has held multiple C-level positions at PE-backed companies, including Belle, Miniso, and Roblox China. In addition to her role at HOPU, she is currently the COO at ARM China, leading operational change. She oversees HOPU’s Risk Management Committee and Valuation Committee.

She has more than 15 years of experience in the asset management industry in Asia. Prior to joining HOPU in 2024, she held a similar role at YF Capital, and was previously at Hillhouse Capital. Maggie earned her Bachelor’s from Grinnell College and Master’s from Harvard University.
