Founder and CEO of Lensbridge Capital, LN Sadani is a seasoned investor, CxO, and Board Director with over 25 years of experience across private equity, venture capital, real estate, and digital infrastructure. He has deployed and advised on over US$5 billion in transactions across market cycles, working with institutional investors, family offices, and global fund managers. A pioneer of Asian secondaries, he co-founded Ardian’s Asian office – growing AUM from zero to US$1.5 billion – before serving as CIO at Nomura Group and Managing Director at Terra Firma Capital Partners. At Lensbridge, he was the exclusive investment partner for Cisco’s Global Digital Infrastructure Funds across Asia Pacific for eight years and led one of the largest GP-led secondary transactions in Asian real estate, backed by Ivanhoe Cambridge (CDPQ). He has served on the boards of PacketFabric and Tessolve Semiconductors. Sadani holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS from Carnegie Mellon University, and a B.Tech from IIT Madras.
