Jun Qian

Jun Qian is Head of Private Equity China at Schroders Capital, and is responsible for overall private equity
investments across China. Schroders Capital is the private market investment division of Schroders Group plc, the global asset manager. It offers investors a local approach to investing across a diversified range of private asset strategies, supported by a global perspective and the long-established Schroders business.
Before joining Schroder Capital in 2015, Jun was a Director at Capital Dynamics China. From 2010 to 2013, he was a China Partner at Diligence Capital, a private equity fund of fund in Beijing. Prior to that, he worked as Project Manager in the Competence Centre Investor Support Team at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Shanghai from 2007 to 2008. Before that, Jun worked in different positions for KPMG in Beijing and in Berlin/Frankfurt.
He started his career as China Division Assistant Manager and Nylon Division Manager at UBE Industries in Shanghai. Jun holds a Master of Economics & Management Science from Humboldt-University in Berlin, Germany, and a double Bachelor of Science & Technology Foreign Affairs and Environmental Engineering from Shanghai University in China.
