Joyce Ng

Joyce brings over 25 years of expertise spanning Fund Management, early-stage VC investments in high-tech ventures, Funds of Funds investments, Insurance and Financial services.During her tenure of 18 years at iGlobe Partners, Joyce has key responsibilities encompassing the day-to-day operations of iGlobe funds. This includes spearheading the launch and fundraising efforts for new funds, managing investor relations, investments & portfolio management and divestment activities. Joyce value adds to iGlobe portfolio companies through advising in fund raising, corporate governance, recruiting of key hires and business development.
Joyce held several board seats of iGlobe’s investees in Singapore and USA. She led investments in SWAT Mobility (demand-responsive ride-sharing technology), Partipost (social influencer marketing platform) and MindFi (mental wellness).
Currently, Joyce is a Board Member of SWAT Mobility, Partipost and Sourcesage. She was a Board Observer of Tonik Financial and Nerdwallet (NYSE: NRDS). Joyce had been instrumental in supporting iGlobe’s investment in Unity Software (NYSE: U),Nerdwallet (NYSE: NRDS), Matterport (NASDAQ: MTTR), Hippo Holdings (NASDAQ: HIPO) and Starmaker (Acquired). Previously, she spent 8 years at Vertex Management Pte Ltd, where she initially focused on portfolio management of Vertex European investments. Later, she assumed the role of US Fund of Fund investments.
Beyond her role as a Venture Capitalist, Joyce is dedicated to giving back to the community by mentoring female executives and entrepreneurs. Currently, she serves as a Mentor at SheLovesTech & WomenVSEA and was a Mentor at CRIB.
