Joolin Chuah

Joolin is the Chief of Staff at Carro, Southeast Asia’s largest online used car marketplace. Headquartered in Singapore, Carro operates across key Asia Pacific markets and has raised over US$1B from investors like Temasek and Softbank Vision Fund.
In addition to her role at Carro, Joolin also serves as General Manager for Genie Financial Services in Singapore, Carro’s fintech arm specializing in auto financing. She oversees the P&L for Genie in Singapore, contributing to a regional loan book exceeding SGD 500 million ($370 million) with non-performing loans below 0.5%.
Previously, Joolin was a Principal at Insignia Ventures Partners, where she focused on technology investments across Southeast Asia. Recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2019, Joolin holds an MBA from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
