Jonathan Lau founded OMO Capital in 2021 and leads the investment and operations of the firm. Prior to forming OMO Capital, he worked at Petiole Asset Management, Tiger Group Investments and Deephaven Capital Management. He is based in Hong Kong. 

OMO Capital has acquired over 150 LP positions as a private investment firm focused on secondary fund interests. The firm specialises in less institutionally favoured segments, particularly tail-end and emerging market portfolios.
