Jireh Li is a globally-minded executive with 17 years of experience in investment management, investor relations, business development, and strategy. She has held senior positions in the GP and LP space, across the VC, PE, and HF asset classes.

Ms. Li is a Partner at INCE Capital, where she leads global expansion initiatives. Founded in 2019, INCE Capital is a global venture firm with an investment focus on early to expansion-stage companies that spearhead innovation in AI technology, consumer, and biotech industries. The name “INCE” reflects our mission: INtelligent Capital Empowering the future greats.

Before joining INCE, she was a Partner at Source Code Capital, where she held dual roles as Head of Public Partnerships, which she co-founded and was Investment Committee member, and Head of USD IR (Global). She also served as Chief of Staff, leading firm-wide initiatives and pioneering value-creation synergies. Prior to that, she was the China Chief Representative for Commonfund Capital, Inc., and led its Asia Pacific VC and PE Buyout fund investments with advisory board roles, providing FoF solutions to E&Fs and non-profit institutions. She began her career in Investment Banking with J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc. in New York.

Ms. Li holds a B.A. from Princeton and two EMBAs from Tsinghua University and INSEAD (both
Dean’s List, with Distinction). Her award-winning Tsinghua Master’s Thesis on China VC was
published as a Tsinghua Financial Review Cover Story and distributed internationally.
