Jecky is a lawyer by training and architect for the formation of Ayala’s USD180mn fund.

Jecky serves as Legal and Compliance Partner at Kickstart Ventures, the corporate venture capital of Southeast Asia’s leading conglomerates. As Legal and Compliance Partner and a member of the Investment Team, he is involved in legal and commercial diligence end-to-end from deal evaluation, recommendation, structuring, closing, and post-closing. Jecky also assists Kickstart’s portfolio companies providing advice with regard to corporate compliance, structuring, and set-up.

Prior to Kickstart, Jecky was an associate attorney with Picazo Buyco Tan Fider & Santos before joining the firm of Siguion Reyna Montecillo & Ongsiako, with a focus on corporate and labor law. Jecky holds a JD from the University of the Philippines Law School (2011) and an MBA from the Said Business School, Oxford University (2017).
