Jason Tang is a partner at Marcum Asia with over 20 years of diversified accounting, auditing and management advisory experience. He specializes in providing external audits and advisory services to publicly traded companies in the United States, especially for clients with operations in Asia.
He has extensive experiences in public company audits and SEC reporting through helping more than two dozens of clients in various industries successfully complete their initial public offerings, merger and acquisitions
Jason earned his Bachelor of Law degree from University of International Business & Economics in Beijing, China and his Master in Business Administration from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
