Nguyen Hoang Hiep is the Chief Operating Officer and a founding team member of AI Hay, a Q&A social network powered by artificial intelligence and developed by Vietnamese engineers since 2022. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Hiep oversees operations, partnerships, and investor relations.
Before co-founding AI Hay, Hiep gained investment experience at early-stage venture capital firm Wavemaker Partners. During his tenure, he co-led seed investments in Go Zayaan and Aonic (formerly Poladrone), alongside follow-on involvement in Bazaar Technologies (Seed & Series A) and Iterative Scopes (Pre-A).
