Harry Wang

Harry Wang, founder and CEO of Linear Capital, established the firm in 2014. It now manages 10 funds with approximately US$2 billion in AUM, and its portfolio companies have a combined valuation exceeding US$20 billion. Wang’s early-stage investments include now-unicorn companies such as Horizon Robotics, Agile Robots, Manycore/Kujiale, Sensors Data, Tezign, and Tongdun. Before Linear Capital, he was Facebook’s second Chinese engineer and first Chinese engineering manager, working on News Feed, Social Ads, virtual currency, and payment security. He also advised CEOs at Dianping.com, Baixing.com, and CSDN, and authored the bestseller “Building Up Facebook”. Wang holds a master’s degree from Stanford University (MS&E) and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Zhejiang University. He is a Fellow of the China Fellowship Program, a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network, a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader (Class of 2018), and was the inaugural Chairman of the Future Forum Youth Council.
