Gian dela Rama is the Chief Product and AI Officer at Sprout Solutions, the Philippines’ largest home-grown SAAS company. With two decades of experience in AI, product leadership, and technology innovation, he leads Sprout’s product management, Gen AI, machine learning, data science, and design functions.

He was the founder and CEO of Aiah.AI, one of the country’s pioneering AI startups and the 4th fastest-growing company in the Philippines (Philippine Growth Champions, Philippine Daily Inquirer & Statista, 2023). Aiah’s acquisition by Sprout marked the first successful AI startup exit in the country.

At Sprout, Gian led the launch of Sidekick, an agentic AI platform that automates over 70% of HR and payroll tasks, doubling outsourcing capacity. He also relaunched ReadyCash, now the company’s fastest-growing product with 12%+ month-on-month growth, and spearheaded Sprout’s largest AI-native product transformation.

Gian is a PAIR (Philippine AI Retreat) Fellow, spoke at the first US-PH AI Summit at Stanford University, and is a technology partner at the GenAI Fund, a VC investing in Southeast Asian AI startups. He also teaches at Ateneo de Manila University and serves on the advisory boards of Ateneo BUILD and Mettamatch.
