Fred has accumulated experience across technology and business operations, with a focus on university spin-offs, healthcare & biotechnology, greentech, enterprise solutions, and more. He has served as the Lecturer, advisory committee, vetting panelist, trainer, and mentor for ecosystem partners such as Hong Kong’s Universities, BIOHK, HKSTP and Cyberport.
