Fi Dinh is Managing Director and Head of Fund Finance APAC at MUFG Investor Services, where she leads the firm’s fund finance business across Asia-Pacific and serves on the Global Senior Management Committee. Recognised as one of the private capital industry’s leading voices, she was named one of The Drawdown’s Global 30 Most Influential Fund Finance Experts and received the 2026 Market Media Women in Finance – Trailblazer Award.

Prior to joining MUFG Investor Services, Fi held leadership and client-facing roles across global financial institutions including Citi, ING and Barclays, with experience spanning Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

A passionate advocate for diversity, leadership development and mental wellbeing, Fi has spent more than a decade mentoring emerging leaders and championing initiatives that create greater inclusion across the financial industry. She currently serves as Co-Chair of Women in Fund Finance APAC and is a frequent speaker on leadership, career development and the future of work.

Beyond her corporate career, Fi is also a practising yoga teacher, sound healing practitioner and mental health coach. Her work explores the intersection of professional success, inner wellbeing and human potential, drawing on years of meditation, contemplative practice and service.
