Silicon Box

Dr. Byung Joon (BJ) Han is the CEO and co-founder of Silicon Box, a leading independent semiconductor integration and advanced packaging company. He has led teams that have won awards for technological breakthroughs in the space by reducing the cost of testing and time to market across industries, and meeting the burgeoning demand for greater performance, higher speed, and lower power consumption across the world’s highest-volume products.

In the prior 14 years, Dr. Han held positions at AT&T Bell Labs, IBM Research, and Anam Semiconductor (later Amkor, world’s No. 2 OSAT). He was a consultant with Bain and holds directorships at several important semiconductor firms. Dr. Han also served as a director at the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore and a director for the International Electronics Manufacturing.
