David has two decades of banking experience in commercial banking, investment banking and corporate banking across continents, Chang has focused on supporting lending PE/VC firms and their portfolio companies’ venture debt financing needs. He has extensive lending experience in e-commerce&SaaS, artificial intelligence, new energy, autonomous driving &EV and healthcare and so on. In addition, Chang has accumulated rich cross-border financial experience. He has been responsible for the Latin American and Asian business of Chinese-funded enterprises in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Singapore. He is good at providing suggestions and solutions for Chinese-funded enterprises’ strategic overseas expansion. Before joining DBS Bank, Chang worked in financial institutions such as Citibank, East West Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.
