Conrad Tsang

Conrad Tsang has over 25 years of experience in global private equity and venture capital, with a sector focus spanning environmental tech, healthcare, education, TMT, financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, energy, real estate, and mining.
He has been involved with companies including Noah Education, Minsheng Education (1569.HK), Galloping Horse Media, Kangda Environmental (6136.HK), Ambow Education, Launch Tech (2488.HK), Great Wall Auto (2333.HK), Nord Anglia Education, China Mini-Storage, Teky Holdings, and Southeast Asian startups such as Carsome, Cakap, Sayurbox, Halodoc, Haus!, Buyandship, AMPD Energy, and KKDay.
Prior to founding Strategic Year Holdings in 2016, he spent 13 years at Baring Private Equity Asia, where he was Managing Director and founding partner of its Beijing office. He began his career at Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific, covering media and retail equity research.
Mr. Tsang is a member of the Oxford Investment Opportunity Network (OION) and Imperial College Investor Network, and served as Asia Senior Advisor to Apollo Education Group.
He holds a Master’s in Management Studies from Oxford University and a First Class Honours degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London. He has also completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford GSB.
