With deep expertise in technology and operations, Christopher built and scaled the company’s proprietary infrastructure—including IoT-driven logistics, omnichannel systems, and a data-powered personalisation engine. He launched SOCO, Indonesia’s largest trusted beauty review platform with over 3.5 million verified reviews, and led the implementation of 100% BPOM-certified product curation. From just 2 stores in 2019, he expanded Sociolla’s offline presence to 150 stores by 2025, reinforcing the online-to-offline (O2O) strategy and driving accessibility at scale.

Christopher focused on building long-term trust. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he ensured business
continuity while accelerating regional expansion—with no layoffs, no salary reductions, and full workforce
retention across the organisation.
