Mr. Bosco So is the Legal Director and board member of the Hong Kong Money Service Operators Association (MSOA). As the association under Hong Kong Customs, MSOA aims to create synergy amongst talents of the money service industry, assist all licensed money service operators in understanding relevant law and regulations, to provide the industry with a high-quality business environment accompanied by compliant operations. Mr. So is also an experience legal advisor for Hong Kong Web3 industry and companies. Prior to this role, Mr. So has also been working in Messrs. Tam Pun Yipp.
