Xiang Qian Lin has been financially independent since the age 13 (1997), and lived and worked in the US, China and Singapore, with extensive operating and investment ventures in Europe.

He transformed Esco into a global life science and medical equipment manufacturer and solutions provider, growing shareholder value 25% CAGR over more than 15 years (since 2000). Developed multiple products and technologies from concept to profitable commercial reality, multiple patents and cumulative revenues over 1B dollars. He has been a huge helping hand in synergising entrepreneurship with scientists/innovators — bringing early stage capital, strong instincts, a nose for good science, global business acumen/networks/resources, and track record in taking technologies from concept to commercial reality.

Xiang Qian holds a BSc degree in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
