Raj is a currently a partner at Kaizen private equity. Since 2007, Raj has invested in many medium sized companies in education, consumer and financial services sector and served as board members. As a board member Raj closely works with founders and management team to identify areas of value creation in growth strategy and operations.
He currently leads Kaizen’s investments in South East Asia after joining the firm in mid 2011. Prior to joining Kaizen, Raj was with Guggenheim partners and Helix Investments. Some of the companies that Raj invested in his early years are either listed or have been acquired by strategic partners.
