In 2013, Rosaline invested $5 million of her savings to start CXA Group, the tech-enabled insurance platform that gives employees the choice of benefits, that in turn shifts healthcare spending to prevention, from treatment.

Other investors in CXA include Open Space Ventures, B Capital, EDBI, Heritas and SingTel.

Before starting the business, Rosaline headed the employee benefits broker Mercer Marsh Benefits’ Asia Pacific division, where she worked for eight years.

Rosaline graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a BS in Cybernetics (Human Factors Engineering) and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.
