Xuan Ye is a Managing Director at Collyer Capital, where he advises general partners on creating value in their portfolio companies, leveraging best practices from leading private equity firms. He has spent more than 20 years in private equity, M&A and corporate strategy across the Europe–Asia corridor, in senior investment and advisory roles with leading private equity and investment firms in Italy, France, China
and the UK.

He focuses on the mid-market, where operational improvement can have a greater impact on returns than financial engineering. He has led and supported investments and value-creation programs in healthcare, technology and manufacturing. His work spans the full deal cycle, from investment strategy and M&A through business transformation, market expansion and post-investment growth.

Xuan combines hands-on deal experience with academic depth. He holds a PhD in Strategy from the University of Nottingham and an Executive Master in Financial Engineering from ESCP Business School, and graduated magna cum laude in Economics from Université Paris Dauphine. He is based in Singapore.
