Liangcheng Zhou is the Founder of Argo Venture Partners and an early-stage technology investor focused on Physical AI, intelligent hardware, semiconductors, and advanced manufacturing. His career spans scientific research, technology entrepreneurship, and cross-border venture capital investing.

Before founding Argo, Liangcheng served as a Managing Director at IDG Capital, where he invested across the semiconductor, AI, robotics, and advanced technology sectors, including companies such as Biren Technology, Horizon Robotics, Baidu Kunlun AI Chip, and Smarter Micro. Prior to entering venture capital, he spent eight years at Princeton University as a Research Scholar conducting research in semiconductor manufacturing and nano-optoelectronics.
