Andrew Wong brings over a decade of experience in finance and building businesses to his current role as Director at TRIREC, an investment management firm with products such as VC funds with a focus on climate and decarbonization. In his present capacity, Andrew is leading strategic deals within the energy, mobility, agriculture, and carbon market sectors, among others. He shapes TRIREC’s investment mandate in the nuclear fusion space and looks after the firm’s current fusion investment — Type One Energy.

Before joining TRIREC, Andrew was a writing analyst at CLSA’s Taiwan equity research department, covering names in the energy and mobility supply chains. He started his career in Montréal, where he had a stint at Deloitte and advised a local mobility startup.

He holds Bachelor’s and Graduate degrees from McGill University.
