Jack Hongjae Oh is CEO and Managing Partner at Invictus Private Equity Asia (“Invictus”), where he focuses on small and mid-market private equity investments across Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. He has over 15 years of experience in investments, specializing in cross-border buyouts, carve-outs, and  portfolio value creation. Throughout his career, he has led and executed transactions across sectors including consumer goods, manufacturing, healthcare, and infra-related.
Prior to founding Invictus, Jack held investment roles at PAG and Orchestra Private Equity. He received his bachelor’s degree from Waseda University. He is currently leading the expansion of Invictus’s regional investment platform, including the establishment of its Singapore office.
