Paul DiGiacomo is a Managing Partner at BDA Partners and has been with the firm since 1997. Based in Asia since 2000, he founded and leads BDA’s Southeast Asia practice and oversees the firm’s teams in Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City and Singapore. Over the course of his career, he has advised clients on transactions across most major Asian markets.
Paul has worked with a wide range of blue-chip corporates, including Arkema, Celestica, Ecolab, Jardine Matheson, Minor Group, Molex, Rexel, ST Technologies, Thomson Education and Thomson Reuters. He has also advised leading financial sponsors such as Actis, BPEA EQT, Fortress, LDC, Mekong Capital, Navis Capital, Platinum Equity, Prudential, Standard Chartered PE, The Longreach Group, VinaCapital and Warburg Pincus. His experience spans cross-border M&A, sponsor transactions and strategic advisory across Asia.
