Ms. Jacqueline Jiang is Vice President of Global Issuer Services team of the Markets Division at HKEX. Ms. Jiang has over 10 years of experience in Finance. Prior to joining HKEX, She worked at ICBC International and Citigroup’s investment banking divisions, responsible for equity, debt and M&A transactions. She has participated in a number of landmark Hong Kong IPO transactions including Xiaomi, Meituan Dianping, Shanghai Henlius, Hangzhou Tigermed etc.
Ms. Jiang received her Bachelor degree from Nankai University, and an MBA degree from UCLA.
