Ms. Chen is a partner of PAG based in Hong Kong responsible for leading large-scale cross-border private equity transactions in the financial services and retail sectors in Asia Pacific, and oversees a number of the firm’s portfolio investments. She served on the Board of Directors of Cushman & Wakefield from 2014 to 2020 and is currently on the Board of Directors for Zhuhai Wanda Commercial Management from 2021.

Prior to joining PAG in 2011, Ms. Chen worked at TPG Capital where she focused on financial services, retail, industrial, and healthcare opportunities across Asia.

Previously, Ms. Chen worked as an associate at Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong and as a senior associate at Boston Consulting Group in Shanghai.

Ms. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Peking University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
