He has spearheaded numerous key initiatives, focusing on growth, building and strengthening relationships with customers, strategic partners, banks, and regulators to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding Xendit’s commercial and operational performance, driving significant transaction volume growth, and implementing strategic sales and business development initiatives that have fueled Xendit Indonesia’s rapid expansion. Notably, under his leadership, Xendit Indonesia has achieved a sustained 30% increase in the number of transactions and a greater than 40% increase in Total Payment Volume (TPV).Prior to joining Xendit, Mikiko Steven honed his financial expertise at AirAsia Indonesia. Starting as a Financial Analyst, he rose to become Chief Financial Officer, where he managed key financial functions, including budget planning, financial reporting, tax and risk management. His leadership was marked by successful initiatives that optimized financial performance, secured strategic funding, and culminated in his leadership of the company’s IPO process from end to end.
Mikiko Steven holds a bachelor’s degree from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, with a double major in Accounting and Finance
