Juan Figar is the Founder and Managing Partner of Collyer Capital, a private capital boutique investment firm focused on the mid market of Southeast Asia. Collyer Capitals’ maiden product is a hybrid fund of funds that has already deployed circa 40m USD in primaries, secondaries and co-investments across the region. Juan sits in the BOD of ICare Benefits, a Collyer portfolio company.  

Juan also founded Asaya, in 2021, a business operator of western companies in Asia, where he served as CEO for 2021 and 2022. In his 2 years, Asaya engaged 15+ clients with an income for 2022 of +1m USD. Furthermore, Juan created Faeda Capital, a spin-off from Asaya, with the focus to build Joint Ventures with Asaya’s tier 1 clients. Faeda has developed 5 JVs to date.
