Natalia Rialucky Marsudi is a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in strategic management and impact investing. She founded Fairatmos in 2022, a new-generation technology-driven high-integrity Nature Based carbon project developer. Currently working with more than 500 asset owners across Indonesia, Philippines and other SEA countries, developing a total more than 6M tons carbon credit pipeline per annum focused on peatland and mangrove restorations.

Natalia’s career has included significant roles at Boston Consulting Group, KKR, and a series of tech start-ups in Indonesia. She brings extensive expertise in sustainability, smallholder community management, and technology, particularly in remote sensing and analytics. Currently, Natalia actively engages with various Climate Policy shaping organizations, including becoming the Deputy Chair of ASEAN Alliance on Carbon Market, Indonesia Chamber of Commerce (KADIN) Sustainability Group, Women Mentorship Network, Angel Investment Network Indonesia, YPO Sustainability Indonesia, where she serves as a trusted expert advisor on startups and sustainability issues.
