Soyena Dhakal is the Director of Funds and a licensed Product Specialist at Finex, Hong Kong’s leading private equity and venture capital placement firm. She leads the firm’s product specialist team, advising global general partners and institutional investors across Asia-Pacific on fund strategy, capital formation, and portfolio construction. Her experience spans private equity, venture capital, credit, secondaries, and real assets, with a focus on institutional fundraising frameworks and technical due diligence. Prior to Finex, she gained experience at REDD Intelligence, GfK Asia, and Zhong An Insurance. Soyena holds a Master’s in Finance from the National University of Singapore.
