Flora Guo is Head of Global Fund Investment at Tencent Investment, the investment arm of Tencent. She leads the firm’s GP investment activities across venture capital, private equity, buyout, and public funds, with responsibility for origination, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management on a global scale. With deep expertise in China’s market development, cross-border GP investments, and global TMT sectors, Flora is closely involved in primary and secondary funds transactions. She brings a strategic perspective on how global capital and innovation intersect, making her a valuable voice on trends shaping both China and the broader international investment landscape. Prior to joining Tencent in 2018, Flora was part of the Investment Banking Division at China International Capital Corporation (CICC), where she played a key role in U.S. and Hong Kong IPOs for leading TMT companies. Flora holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech.
