Sudhir Maheshwari is the Founder & Managing Partner of Synergy Capital, bringing over 38 years of experience in global investments. He played a pivotal role in building ArcelorMittal over a 27-year period, leading multi-billion-dollar M&A, corporate finance, and restructuring transactions as a member of its Group Management Board. He is credited with over 100bn$+ transactions in global M&A and Capital Markets. He also managed Mittal Investments, overseeing $8B+ in AUM across multiple sectors. He is highly regarded in the global industry and has travelled to and built networks in over 125 countries.
In 2015, Sudhir founded Synergy Capital, an Asia-focused alternative investment manager investing across the credit spectrum in the industrials and infrastructure sectors. The firm recently announced its third private credit fund targeting $1 billion, building on its track record of deploying ~$1.4 billion across 27 investments and achieving 11 successful exits through predecessor funds.
