Tika Diagnestya is the Director of Sustainability and Impacts at Nafas Group. She is leading the ESG initiatives for Nafas in Indonesia and the Middle East. She aims to democratize air quality solutions to tackle air pollution. Previously, she led the communications initiatives at Delterra, an NGO founded by McKinsey & Company focusing on circular economy solutions in Bali, Indonesia, Argentina and Brazil. Her 7+ years experience also spanned from social ventures to consulting: founded a clean cookstoves organization and extensive experience at Boston Consulting Group and Accenture. Tika led conservation projects and sustainability strategies for multinational organizations and NGOs. Beyond her professional endeavours, she is also the Youth Advisory in Green Network Asia and Youth Health Hub Indonesia. Tika holds a bachelor’s in economics from New York University and enjoys pilates and boxing outside of work. Tika believes there’s no single solution to the complex challenges of sustainability, but through collaboration and a shared commitment, we can create lasting change for our communities and the planet.
